In the event you need to cancel, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Booking cancellations made 30 days or more from program start are subject to a $50 service fee per class, per person

• Booking cancellations made less than 30 days from program start are subject to a $100 service fee per class, per person

• Booking cancellations made within 48 hours of program start will not be refunded

• Once classes begin, there will be no refunds or credits issued

If you need to make changes to an existing registration, an email is required: contact@hinghammaritime.org

• Please note, when a change in booking requires a partial reimbursement:

  • a credit of the full difference can be applied to your account OR

  • a 5% transaction fee will apply to your refund

In the event that HMC needs to cancel program due to inclement weather, the following will apply:

• Refunds will not be issued

• We will do our best to make up some, if not all, of the lost time on the water
