Come row with HMC! Get in an hour of power, stay warm, and keep your fitness level up during the New England winter. HMC’s indoor rowing program combines low impact full body training on Concept2 RowErgs with strength and mobility exercises. This comprehensive class is great for new and experienced adults alike. HMC coaches will help you get fit, go fast, and have fun. Participants in the program are invited to compete in community-wide rowing challenges and are encouraged to join the HMC Adult Rowing program on Hingham Harbor in the spring.

1. Enroll in the full course and row every week, on the same day, at the same time, at the best per class rate of $20/class. Enroll in multiple days of the week for best consistency in skill building and workout benefit.
2. NEW! Purchase a ROWPass in 5, 10, or 20 class increments, and have the flexibility to enroll in any of the 1-hour classes you want.
3. Drop-in to a single class for $25/class (Must register and pay in Bookeo prior to taking class).
